Frank Comer is a lawful and sincere professional engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in Engineering (Civil/Structural) and Residential and Commercial Building Inspections.

Frank spent just over 6 years training under one of Kansas City's most well respected Geotechnical Engineers, the late Dr. Roy J. Leonard, P.E., PhD. During this time Frank learned about the many ways of constructing foundation systems and what causes them to move later.

Frank has also trained for many years in addition to those first 6 years in environmental and general civil and structural engineering design. Frank has worked in landfill development and subdivision development. Frank has also been involved in the design and inspection of many homes and buildings in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Are governing building codes an issue? Yes they are and Frank is used to working with all the codes used by the local governing municipalities.
