About Us
PST was founded by Frank Comer in 1999 as an engineering and inspection company. Currently PST offers a full range of inspection services for residential and commercial properties as well as engineering design and consulting services.
PST engineers are licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, and are registered third party inspectors with the city of Kansas City, Missouri. PST inspectors are NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and have trained with our engineers.
