Frank Comer is licensed as an engineer in the States of Missouri and Kansas. He has been performing inspections on homes and buildings since 1986. Before that he was an insurance adjuster in this region. As a graduate engineer of the University of Missouri, Frank is the President of Property Services Team. We are fully insured for the services we provide to all our clients.
